Guardian Program
On occasion, we have opportunities for an approved family to become a guardian and welcome a puppy into their home and their lives. Being a puppy guardian is very similar to being a foster family for a child in need; the guardian raises and nurtures the puppy as their own and even gets to name them. Upon reproductive maturity and for the term of the breeding agreement, the dog will participate in Faith & Family Farm’s breeding program. All dogs participating in our guardian program must pass the same rigorous testing criteria we have for our own dogs. Contact us for more details and questions.
Our Guardians are trusted partners in Faith & Family Farm’s breeding program. As one of our guardian homes, you receive a pick-of-the-litter puppy free of charge. Your deposit of $500 will be refunded after she passes her health testing at around a year old. The puppy will become a permanent member of your family while actively participating in our breeding program. All breeding-related expenses are covered by Faith & Family Farm.
Being a guardian home is a wonderful opportunity for the right family to add one of these magnificent dogs to your home at an extremely affordable price. You must live within an hour of Gardner, KS or Blue Springs, MO and have a fenced yard to be considered as a candidate. Bonnie Sue, formerly called Almond Joy from the “She’s Got a Sweet Tooth” litter, is the most recent addition to our guardian program. She is now happily residing in a loving home here in beautiful Gardner, Kansas. After she completes a successful PennHIP evaluation and reaches reproductive maturity, Bonnie will become the next beautiful girl to help bring more of these precious babies into the world.
