Puppies

Why Bernese mountain dogs?

Bernese Mountain Dogs are adored by many because they are highly intelligent, loyal, hardworking when necessary, and a bit goofy. They are affectionate and playful, making them a desirable breed, especially to those with children. We love owning and breeding Berners, and we think they are the ideal human companions.

Our Puppies

We breed the highest quality puppies in a loving, healthy environment right here on our family-owned farm. Our goal is to keep them happy and healthy from the moment they are born to the moment they meet their new family and beyond. In addition to producing happy, healthy pups, we are equally as passionate about breeding good temperament; puppies that are emotionally stable and showing no signs of aggression.

Our puppies are ready to go home after receiving their first two sets of vaccines, being dewormed, and microchipped. For those that are born with dew claws, they’ll be removed, as well. Each puppy will also receive a full health certification provided by a licensed veterinarian prior to going home.

At Faith & Family Farm, we ensure our puppies are exposed to socialization sessions, early neurological stimulation, and frequent handling starting at birth. Our puppies are hand-raised with extensive exposure to farm animals, small children, and adults both young and old. We facilitate a puppy curriculum that is both stimulating and emotionally balancing for our puppies, ensuring a well-rounded and empowered dog.

Our farm is open to our waitlist families to visit and experience their pup’s earliest surroundings. We’re located in the Kansas City area, and adopt to families across the United States. We offer complimentary transport up to 100 miles and will work with you to arrange additional transport services subject to travel fees.

Ember X Nickels

We are absolutely thrilled to announce the arrival of our newest litter of Bernese Mountain Dogs! These sweet babies surprised us by arriving on October 27—one day sooner than scheduled—so they will proudly be known as "The Early Birds!" We couldn't be more excited to introduce our two precious boys, Falcon and Finch, and three beautiful girls, Wren, Dove, and Magpie. They are blessed with incredible parents: their amazing mama, Ember, has passed down her wonderfully affectionate nature, while their proud papa, Nickels, brings his trademark loyal companionship to the mix.

While all of these little ones are completely reserved, the adventure doesn't stop here—we are already planning more exceptional litters for 2027! Don't miss out on your chance to bring home a future bundle of joy; submit your application today, and we will be in touch by phone shortly!

Heading home from the hospital, just hours old!

“C” is for Cookie

We had a very unique experience with these two litters this summer. Being just 5 days apart, it was almost like having one large litter but with the benefit of two loving moms to care for them. Canela+Apollo produced Jack and Diane, and although they were the only two, they really stood out from the the group because of their size. Canela was a great mom and helped Joan Jett with 3 of her puppies.

Joan Jett+Apollo gave us our Cookie litter of 10 and they all were welcomed into new homes in mid-August. Families came from Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Colorado and Illinois to bring home the perfect mix of playfulness, personality and total cuteness.

We welcomed a truly amazing litter of a dozen Bernese Mountain Dogs from Ember on January 26th. The newest collection of puppies is a charming mix of 5 males and 7 females, each one healthy, robust, and full of personality. “She’s Got a Sweet Tooth” is our playful theme, celebrating the candy and sweets that inspired and fueled this special breeding — perfect timing for Valentine’s Day! The beautiful babies went to their forever homes the weekend of March 20–21 and are all settling in wonderfully, thriving and bringing joy to their new families.
